Yesterday was a very special day at our church. Our Wednesday night kid's program was able to share with the church body two performances, some pictures, and testimony about our year. We have our final Wednesday night program this week and will then take a break for the summer.
About a month ago I began helping with the 4th and 5th grade performance. A husband/wife team leads this group and the husband, a firefighter for the Forest Service, was called out on a fire in another state and has been gone for 3 weeks. His wife needed some help and I was able to join in on the fun with her. These 4th and 5th graders worked so hard practicing this performance and did a FANTASTIC job sharing it in both worship services yesterday!
